Worst hotel experience we ever had. Not a single service is available. Foods served are of poor quality. And even if you order something the staff would say they can't give it. We booked 2 a.c. rooms and we had to manage with only one remote. Manager's behaviour is horrible. Not at all customer friendly. We were very unsatisfied with our stay. No pick up drops available from station. Our booking was for 2days. But the next day we shifted to another hotel after paying a lumpsum unnecessary bill amount. Prokriti Bon Bungalow is not a good hotel. They need to be more well behaved with their customers. Never book this hotel of you are wishing for a comfortable stay.
