Worst experience ever @ Lodge Manasi. Worst customer service and the person at reception (Mr Banerjee) is not trust worthy. Avoid staying here at all cost. We booked the stay and then turned up there only to know that there was no availability. There was no understanding from Chiranjit nor Mr Banerjee. I am taking this seriously and making sure that no one stays here. Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost
